Did you need a recipe to make a sundae? Probably not. Is there a wrong way to arrange ice cream, chocolate sauce, a nutty crumble, and cookies? No way. Consider this a reminder — that delicious vegan ice creams are abundant these days, and you should absolutely make sundaes with them.

You will need

  • 2 balls of plant-based vanilla ice cream
  • 4 balls of plant-based hazelnut ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Nut crumble (mix of smashed almond, macadamia, hazelnut)
  • Cookies, broken into chunks

  1. Step 1

    Place the vanilla ice cream in a bowl and drizzle some chocolate sauce on top.

  2. Step 2

    Place the hazelnut ice cream in the bowl to form a pyramid shape. Drizzle some more chocolate sauce over the top.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle the nut crumble over the ice cream and add the cookie pieces. Serve.
