1 cup cashews
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon salt

Step 1
In a blender or food processor, add the cashews, nutritional yeast and salt and blend for 2–3 minutes. The oil from the cashews should start to release and it should start to resemble grated parmesan cheese.
Step 2
Store in an airtight container or jar and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
