  • 1 small banana, chopped and frozen
  • 235g (1 1/2 cup) frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon açaí powder
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) almond milk (or plant milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 strawberries, halved
  • Mint, for garnish

  1. Step 1

    Place banana, berries, açaí powder, spinach, and almond milk in a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds and then pour into a serving bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Top with granola, coconut, chia seeds, and strawberries; garnish with mint.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy immediately!

Variation

Switch up the toppings for a new twist every time: Try fresh blueberries, mango, sliced banana or kiwi, almonds or walnuts, buckinis, cacao nibs, or your favourite nut butter.
