Sometimes nature takes care of the heavy lifting for you … With rare tropical fruits like these juicy gems, they simply don’t need much prep for a knock-out dish!

You will need

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Davidson plum powder
  • 1 mangosteen, flesh only
  • 1 abiu, quartered and skin removed
  • 1/4 mamey sapote, sliced as a long wedge
  • 1/2 lime, zest & juice

  1. Step 1

    Mix the coconut yoghurt and Davidson plum powder together in a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Layer the fruit on top of the coconut yoghurt.

  3. Step 3

    Grate lime zest and squeeze some lime juice over top — and serve!

Variation

*Sprinkle over some granola if you want to add a little crunch and make it feel like a familiar brekky — though be warned: it may ruin all future granola bowls for you!
