Probably the easiest, most wholesome dessert to throw together if the kids are hankering for a sweet treat or if you need a foolproof dessert to serve for dinner guests! But honestly, it makes a totally respectable brekky too if that’s what your heart is saying.

You will need

Serves 4

  • 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup rolled instant oats
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 orange, skin removed and cut into segments
  • 1 apple, cut into wedges

To serve:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon treacle

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200℃.

  2. Step 2

    Place the berries at the bottom of a baking tray, add the oats, hemp, salt and oat milk. Mix until everything is moist.

  3. Step 3

    Place the orange and apple wedges on top of the oat mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Place in the oven and cook for 15–20 minutes or until the oats and fruit are golden.

  5. Step 5

    Top with coconut yogurt and drizzle treacle over the top to serve.
