Peaches & Cream Smoothie recipe

With all the goodness of peaches, plus creamy coconut, this smoothie is a great start to the day or as a snack.

You will need:

  • 3 ripe peaches,* roughly chopped
  • 1 cup drinking coconut milk
  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2-3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions:

  • 1Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if you would like it thinner.

Variation: To boost your protein intake and turn this into 2 large serves of our “peach cobbler” smoothie, just add:
1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
¼ cup macadamia nuts
¼ cup rolled oats
extra ½ cup coconut milk
a pinch of allspice
and blend well!

*Tip: Be sure to use in-season summer peaches for the most flavour!
