All the sweetness of peaches, blended with creamy coconut — this smoothie makes for a brilliant start to the day or a delicious afternoon pick-me-up!

You will need

Serves 2

  • 3 ripe peaches,* roughly chopped
  • 1 cup drinking coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2-3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 ice cubes

  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if you would like it thinner.


To boost your protein intake and turn this into 2 large serves of our “peach cobbler” smoothie, add:

1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup rolled oats
extra 1/2 cup coconut milk
a pinch of allspice

and blend well!
