You will need
- 3 ripe peaches,* roughly chopped
- 1 cup drinking coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2-3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 ice cubes

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if you would like it thinner.
