Who knew sauerkraut could fry up into something this golden and delicious? These easy fritters bring a satisfying crunch with a touch of zing, perfect for dipping into creamy plant-based sour cream.
You will need
Serves 4
- 100g sauerkraut of your choosing with any flavours
 - 100g red or white cabbage, shredded or cut finely
 - 50ml plant-based milk or water
 - 100g self-raising flour
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Oil, for shallow frying
 - Plant-based sour cream (mixed with lemon juice and chopped fresh dill, to taste)

Directions

Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and massage well until it comes together.

Step 2
Heat a pan on medium heat with a little oil or plant-based butter.
 - 
    
Step 3
Place a tablespoon or the size you like in the frying pan, cook evenly on both sides, for about 3 minutes.

Step 4
Remove from the pan, season, and serve with lemon-dill sour cream!
