100g sauerkraut of your choosing with any flavours
100g red or white cabbage, shredded or cut finely
50ml plant-based milk or water
100g self-raising flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil, for shallow frying
Plant-based sour cream (mixed with lemon juice and chopped fresh dill, to taste)
