Snack time just got an upgrade! These no-fuss hemp and oat protein balls are full of natural sweetness, plant-powered protein, and a satisfying chew — perfect for lunchboxes, mornings that don’t have time for breakfast, post-workout treats, or anytime cravings.
You will need
Makes 30
- 2 cups oats
- 20 dates, chopped and soaked in warm water
- 6 dried figs
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup or maple (can omit)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 4 tablespoons hemp seeds, plus more to coat
- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut

Step 1
Blend all ingredients until well combined.

Step 2
Roll into ping pong-sized balls.

Coat in hemp seeds and store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
