Marinade

1 hour to marinate
10 mins to cook
Slice off the cap and end of the mushroom, then run a vegetable peeler or sharp knife down the mushroom stalk to make six strips.
Mix to combine all the ingredients for the marinade, then add the strips and marinate for 1 hour.
Bake at 160°C for 40 minutes or deep-fry for 5-7 minutes in hot canola oil.
